Shipping policy

All orders are processed exclusively on weekdays, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Standard shipping usually takes 2-4 business days.  

All orders are delivered exclusively with recipient signature. Delivery requests such as "to the door," "in our trash can," or similar cannot be accommodated. If the customer provides such delivery options to DHL Express , our company assumes no liability for lost packages.

Orders with express shipping are also processed exclusively on weekdays, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Express delivery typically takes place by the end of the next business day (Monday to Friday). This means that goods ordered on Thursday after 12:01 PM will not be packed and shipped until Friday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM and will arrive by the end of the following Monday. Orders with express shipping placed on Friday after 12:01 PM will be processed on Monday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM and will not arrive until Tuesday.
